Several top stars from Bollywood Industry was present to cheer the grand screening of film The Archies. The premiere was attended by many celebrities in Mumbai on Tuesday, December 5 at Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre (NMACC).
The film has been directed by Zoya Akhtar and it has been co-produced by Zoya Akhtar, Reema kagti and Sharad Devarajan under the production houses Tiger Baby and Graphic India. The film will release on Netflix on December 7, 2023. The film is the Hindi adaptation of popular American comic series of the “The Archies”.
Shahrukh Khan arrived with his wife Gauri Khan, sons Aryan Khan , Abraham and his mother-in-law in Savita Chhibber, to cheer her daughter Suhana Khan.
Amitabh Bachchan also arrived with his family to cheer his grandson Agastya Nanda. Khushi Kapoor Sridevi’s younger daughter also made the acting debut in the film industry with her first film The Archies. Khushi made a gorgeous appearance at the premiere as she wore Sridevi’s iconic of Kaufman Franco dress. She paired it up with a diamond necklace and earrings which also belongs to Sridevi. The same dress was worn by Sridevi at the IIFA awards 2013.
The Archies film was attended by Karisma Kapoor, Karan Johar, Malaika Arora, Shanaya Kapoor, Bobby Deol, Janhvi Kapoor, Katrina Kaif, Isabelle Kaif, Ranveer Singh, Atlee, Ranbir Kapoor, Neetu Kapoor, Hrithik Roshan, Saba Azad, Ibrahim Ali Khan, Shilpa Shetty, Ananya Panday and Rekha.
Kareena Kapoor Khan missed attending the grand premiere of Zoya Akhtar’s film ‘The Archies’ due to her shoot schedule but she made sure to send best wishes to the whole team virtually.
Kareena penned a sweet note for ‘The Archies’ team,
“Good luck team Archies!! Kill it everyone And my favourite Zoya .Can’t wait to watch..So sad to not be there – night shoots..This is only the beginning of an amazing ride,” she wrote.
